CHATHAM HOUSE:" Die türkische Republik ist verpflichtet, das Verlagte (die Autonomie der PKK) zu erfüllen. Wenn sie sich widersetzt, wird das internationale Gesetz in Kraft treten. Hierfür wurden bereits genug Gründe geliefert. Die PKK ist nun sehr bekannt. Wenn die Türkei widerspricht, werden Sanktionen durchgeführt. Wir befinden uns sogar an der Schwelle zur Durchführung der Sanktionen."
